La Dra. Nadia Bruschweiler-Stern es pediatra y psiquiatra infantil. Su labor cl\u00ednica, docente e investigadora se centra en el desarrollo temprano de los lactantes, la metamorfosis psicol\u00f3gica de los padres en torno al nacimiento y la formaci\u00f3n del apego y las relaciones intersubjetivas. Se form\u00f3 en la Universidad de Ginebra (Suiza) y, en Estados Unidos, en la Universidad Brown, la Universidad de Harvard y en la Universidad de California en Davis (UC Davis). Ha trabajado estrechamente con su esposo, el Prof. Daniel Stern, durante treinta a\u00f1os. Fue galardonada con el Premio de Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica en Prevenci\u00f3n en Psiquiatr\u00eda y Psicoterapia en 1988 por su trabajo \u201cIntervenciones preventivas en la relaci\u00f3n temprana madre-hijo\u201d.
