Como cl\u00ednicos y profesores de psiquiatr\u00eda de la infancia y la adolescencia, estamos interesados en \u2018qu\u00e9 funciona para qui\u00e9n\u2019 en relaci\u00f3n con los beb\u00e9s, los padres, los ni\u00f1os y los adolescentes. Nuestro trabajo consiste en examinar, evaluar y diagnosticar, con el objetivo de intervenir lo antes posible, planificando un esquema de intervenci\u00f3n construido dentro de una alianza de trabajo con los padres. No somos te\u00f3ricos, pero necesitamos una teor\u00eda s\u00f3lida del desarrollo y la psicopatolog\u00eda para lograr estos objetivos. Lo que presentamos conjuntamente aqu\u00ed son unos 20 a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica sobre una dimensi\u00f3n poco estudiada del desarrollo temprano: por un lado, el comportamiento de retirada social sostenida y, por otro, el placer compartido y la sincronizaci\u00f3n. Creemos que estos dos extremos de una misma dimensi\u00f3n desempe\u00f1an un papel clave en el desarrollo de la intersubjetividad en los primeros 3 a\u00f1os de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kaija Puura<\/strong>, (nacida en 1961) doctora en medicina y filosof\u00eda, es profesora de psiquiatr\u00eda infantil en la Universidad de Tampere, Finlandia, y m\u00e9dica jefa en el Departamento de Psiquiatr\u00eda Infantil del Hospital Universitario de Tampere. Es autora o coautora de m\u00e1s de 90 art\u00edculos evaluados por pares y cap\u00edtulos en libros tanto nacionales como internacionales sobre la evaluaci\u00f3n y el tratamiento de ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os. Sus proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n actuales se centran en el desarrollo de nuevas intervenciones psiqui\u00e1tricas infantiles que combinan la tecnolog\u00eda digital con los servicios existentes. Es directora ejecutiva de la Asociaci\u00f3n Mundial para la Salud Mental Infantil.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Antoine Guedeney<\/strong> (nacido en 1953) MD., Ph.D es paidopsiquiatra, cofundador de la Sociedad Francesa Marc\u00e9, de los diplomas universitarios de Apego y Psicopatolog\u00eda Perinatal, y est\u00e1 casado con Nicole Guedeney. Es Catedr\u00e1tico de Psiquiatr\u00eda del Ni\u00f1o y del Adolescente (2000-2022), em\u00e9rito desde 2022, y Jefe de Psiquiatr\u00eda Infanto-Juvenil Perinatal del distrito 18 del Hospital Bichat Claude Bernard APHP. Tambi\u00e9n es Editor en Jefe de \u2018Devenir\u2019 Medicine et Hygiene Ginebra, desde 1989, y creador de la escala de Alerta y Detr\u00e9s ADBB y de la ADBB Modificada.
