Reflexi\u00f3n de Emily Lawton<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Descubr\u00ed la poes\u00eda de Mary Oliver gracias a mi mam\u00e1, quien ha sido fan desde hace mucho tiempo. Me regal\u00f3 una recopilaci\u00f3n de su obra, \u2018Devotions\u2019, y a menudo leo uno o dos poemas antes de dormir. \u00a1Fue muy dif\u00edcil elegir un solo poema ya que hay much\u00edsimos tesoros! Su escritura trata a menudo sobre su profundo amor por el mundo natural y su capacidad para observar y maravillarse con reconocimiento, aprecio y verdadera intenci\u00f3n. Me identifico mucho con su sinceridad y su asombro ante el mundo natural. La naturaleza siempre me ha aportado paz y gratitud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Encuentro que la poes\u00eda de Mary Oliver inspira las formas en que trabajo para criar a mis propios hijos (\u2018puro deleite y gratitud\u2019, como ella escribe) y con las familias con las que tengo el privilegio de pasar tiempo a trav\u00e9s de mi trabajo. y no por el mero hecho de ganar, sino por pura alegr\u00eda y gratitud; cr\u00e9anos, dicen, es algo serio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

solo estar vivo en esta ma\u00f1ana fresca en el mundo roto. Te lo ruego,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

no pases de largo sin detenerte a presenciar esta actuaci\u00f3n tan rid\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
